Here at The Collective co. we focus on all things Marketing, PR & Design, and we have an exciting opportunity for a new Marketing Manager to join our team - the successful candidate much be an extremely driven individual with a strong passion for marketing.

The successful candidate will manage the following:

  • Work within The Collective Co. team on a select group of clients, you will be responsible for implementing all approved strategies, managing client requirements and expectations, monitoring and growing sales and profiles & brand in all aspects of the job
  • Work directly with clients ensuring that their objectives are constantly being met – we’re looking for a great communicator who loves proving results and has a professional approach to managing clients
  • Responsible for planning, strategic development and delivery, this includes working with internal and external resources to maximise all traditional and digital media, including television, radio, print and online advertisements for tactical and branding campaigns
  • Development of creative and media briefs, ability to manage media schedules, budgets and expenditure
  • Evaluation of all campaigns, media activity, social and website traffic and assessment and reporting of ROI
  • Development of awards submissions, editorial and social content
  • Manage client’s website, email (eDM) and blog content while assisting in the creation of an overarching marketing calendar
  • Write creative briefs to internal brand and design team
  • Client site visits on a monthly basis
  • Lead and manage monthly client reporting including campaign insights, trends, analytics and strategic successes
  • Lead and drive ongoing improvements to digital processes, including timeframes, work flow and always keeping up to date with technological advances within the social media and digital space
  • Community management, engagement and some more admin-focused aspects of content marketing will also be part of this role.
  • Drive PR across all clients, submit editorial pieces, so successful candidate must have high quality copy writing skills

What we’re looking for in you:  

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a marketing position
  • You will work daily in an autonomous environment, with extremely high level organisational skills
  • Ideally the successful candidate will have access to a car for client visits, however not essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience producing content across multiple mediums, specifically social media
  • A beautiful mix of creative flair and analytical thought
  • Experience acting as key relationship manager either within an agency or client-side
  • Experience developing marketing strategies, managing campaign analytics and experience using Google Analytics and social analytics to gather relevant insights
  • Excellent time management skills and an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail – a MUST
  • High levels of written/verbal communication
