Southern Waters Legal engaged The Collective Co (TCC) to help unify and elevate their brand presence. While their team had a strong reputation for delivering quality legal services, their marketing collateral and client touchpoints lacked cohesion and consistency. Our objective was to create a professional, uniform brand identity that reflects their expertise and the care they bring to every client relationship.

We began by refreshing their core collateral to ensure a seamless brand experience across every platform. This included a redesigned website, providing an improved user experience and a modern look that matches the professionalism of the firm. We also created bespoke welcome packs and new brochures for each area of law, offering clients clear, branded information that sets the tone for their legal journey with Southern Waters Legal.

To enhance ongoing communication, we developed branded eDM templates tailored to different audiences, including client updates and newsletters. Internally, we introduced a monthly staff newsletter to support culture and communication across the team. These initiatives have not only strengthened brand perception but also improved client engagement and internal alignment, positioning Southern Waters Legal as a trusted, professional, and forward-thinking law firm.
